Accessibility Statement

Sleep & Sinus Centers of Georgia is dedicated to providing a website experience that is accessible, easy to use, and inclusive for all patients—regardless of ability or technology.

Our Accessibility Goal

We aim to meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards, the current best-practice benchmark for digital accessibility. Our ongoing effort ensures that every visitor can:
Navigate the site with a keyboard, screen reader, or voice commands.
Perceive text, images, and multimedia through alt text, captions, and clear contrast.
Understand content written in plain language with logical headings and consistent layouts.
Interact with forms, buttons, and appointment tools without barriers.
Steps We’ve Taken

Implemented semantic HTML, ARIA labels, and landmark regions.
Tested pages with leading assistive technologies (VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS).
Added alt descriptions to all informative images and icons.Ensured color contrast ratios of at least 4.5:1 for text and background elements.
Enabled full keyboard access to menus, sliders, and interactive components.
Provided resizable text that maintains readability and layout integrity.Scheduled quarterly audits and remediation updates.

Ongoing Improvements
Digital accessibility is a continual process. We review new content before it goes live, monitor third-party plugins for compliance, and train our team on inclusive design principles. If we discover an issue, we prioritize a fix quickly—usually within seven business days.
